We are in search of a Lead/Principal ERP Analyst (Supply Chain/Finance) to join our team!
As the Lead/Principal ERP Analyst, you will serve as the conduit between the business stakeholders, ERP Functional team and various IT teams. In this role, you will design and deliver creative, cost-effective, and integrated solutions to support the Finance and Supply Chain functions. This individual contributor role routinely exercises discretion and has the autonomy to make decisions as they liaise with business partners to solve problems and improve processes for the SHC enterprise. You will be responsible for identifying gaps in the hospital's procure-to-pay business processes, recommending improvements and implementing best practices. Your deep knowledge of Lawson capabilities will be key in creating stronger alignment between Stanford Healthcare needs and Infor current/future capability-strengths for Finance and Supply Chain functional areas.
Essential functions of the role include and are not limited to the following:
Perform architectural review and provide approval for all proposed ERP solution designs and ensure that those designs comply with established standards and IT principles
Responsible for establishing and maintenance of all technology standards and architectural guiding principles for the ERP team
Act as a technology subject matter expert and clearly communicate technical concepts in business terms between and across the different groups while influencing outcomes
Lead complex software upgrade initiatives along with new software installations and enhancement requests
Actively monitor application usage and growth and ensure appropriate scalability via software, workflow and infrastructure enhancements
Identify system optimization and enhancements and collaborate with vendors and other IT analysts to design and implement effective solutions
Identify trends and detect/anticipate problems early and act as a third level of support while mentoring and training junior staff members
Review system configuration and design options to make appropriate recommendations for system maintenance requests
Create and administer support event feedback mechanisms. Analyze results, make recommendations for support improvements, and integrate changes into the Help Desk function to improve first call resolution of issues
Participate actively in cross-functional teams established for advancing business delivery and quality outcomes through effective and efficient use of software

Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. A Master's degree is preferred. Education should also include specialty certification in relevant Business & Finance related applications/technologies. Successful candidate should possess ten (10) or more years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience. Preferred experience includes seven (7) or more years of ERP Functional experience in a health care setting and seven (7) or more years of hands-on ERP functional experience in Supply Chain and/or Finance.
