Ravi S.

Patient Access Representative

Ravi is often the first person patients talk to when they walk into the Nuclear Medicine & Molecular Imaging Clinic, so he tries to put them at ease and make them feel welcome. “It’s really about showing compassion and letting them know that we’re there for them,” Ravi said. “I like helping people. I’m a people person.” Last August, he was named the Department’s employee of the month, and he’s been appointed a Customer Service Initiative Champion, a role in which Ravi models customer service standards of excellence. “Being a service champion means having a positive attitude and helping fellow employees perform to the best of their ability.”
